Origins of Captain UN-with Prof. Carter, Tremor, General G, Impervious, Moonlight, Nexus
With his empire reset up Superior Johnston hires Moonlight as his new bodyguard and continues gathering powers for himself to make sure what happened in Cycle City won’t happen again! He also puts out the word to his old scientists that he is back in business so that they can come back to him!
Ticket is confused when suddenly half of Fleetwood University’s science professors quit, up, and leave town almost overnight.
The UN tries to hire Impervious to create a super-soldier with the ability to stop him. They don’t realize that Impervious creates his super soldiers with a fail-safe so that they can’t.
Thinking he was volunteering for a top secret volunteer project for fighting international terrorism, he was actually NATO’s bait to try and stop Superior Johnston. His bosses expected him to gain super-powers (for the ‘super powers’) and then use them against Superior Johnston, as well as lead them to him. However, Superior Johnston creates all of his super-soldiers with a backup plan, and he was no exception. The UN planned to take him out once they’d dealt with Superior. Fortunately for him, he failed.
Once the UN discovered their error they then had no choice but to employ him for the role in which he was originally intended: fight terrorist attacks across the globe… even Superior’s other products… just not him.
The Claw travels to South America to stop Anaconda Man.
The story that Anaconda Man was bought by farmers is only part true-it’s a cover story. To cover the remaining exuberant cost of making him the bill was covered by a highly dangerous Columbian drug boss operating out of Brazil. Apparently he had problems getting his shipments through… when a nest of deadly anacondas made them all disappear along with their product. When the anacondas got a hold of their product they became even more deadly… and addicted. They would then attack any human they saw, looking for the drug!
Battle Wagon’s origins
Another out of work steel worker. Now a sold product of BioMech. Bought by a high-regard Government transport train company intended to provide protection, cover, and firepower against terrorist attacks.
Created solely by Nexus he wears a virtual-reality “suit” that is more vehicle than suit. Suit is suitable to all terrains, including deep-earth orbit, deep-sea diving, and high-depth underground drilling.
The Claw travels to Spain to stop Bullroarer.
Another out of work steel worker. Now a sold product of BioMech. Sold to an Italian mob boss who wanted something similar to their “running of the bulls” because he is a fan.
Nearly indestructible and super strong. Capable of tossing cars like they were balloons. Has twin horns on the top of his head, which he uses like a pitchfork for throwing targets/items as weapons and also for charging at targets. He is also a big, dumb brute who is as clueless as he is cruel. Capable of executing simple commands – but that's where it stops. Does not do too well with decision making processes.
Origins of (Alex) the Axe Executor character.
To honor Axis’ heroic actions in battle against the horrific Bone Beast Saeline enchanted his helmet and magic axe. Whoever puts the helmet on will not only gain his strength, size, and abilities but also be able to wield his gigantic axe. It was intended to be a weapon of honor for the descendants of the gray (or maybe even Red) armies.
Thousands of years later Dr. Shadow finds the mysterious artifact and weapon that gives the user incredible abilities; the enchanted helmet of CL legend Axis the Executor. The helmet gives the wearer the strength, power, and battle abilities/stamina of Axis. It also allows him to carry his famed, giant, fiery battle ax. With its fiery heat is can slash through just about anything and also redirect fired shots to where the helmet’s wearer prefers, either back to the shooter, to another target, or elsewhere.
Dr. Shadow takes them back to a museum and robbers try to steal them. In the mayhem they fall into the hands, and on the head of, Alex, a lonely and lone museum security guard, and they turn him into… The Axe Executor! Alex is happy to take this new power for his own.
Meanwhile, Dr. Shadow found the lost axe of CL’s ancient Axis the Executor against the wishes of the ancient, CL gray army! The CL gray army captures Dr. Shadow and Amanda Jane Owue and their kid, called Darkshade, calls The Claw asking for help to rescue his parents! The Claw travels to Russia and incorporates the help of Iron Clad, his acrobatic partner, and the Russian vigilante called The Enforcer.
The CL Gray army agree to release Dr. Shadow and his wife if he can return Axis’ helmet and axe to them! But by then, Alex doesn’t want to give the power back.
In the end Todd Ticket has to agree the CL’s gray army that Alex is a good fit for the power and to lead them into any necessary battles.
He later becomes a critical member to the CL’s Gray army against the Bone Beast!
On the way back from Russia Ticket’s place crashes onto Wild World!
Scientists who created a self-sustaining biological land with the intent to study and attempt to increase the learning behaviors in animals. Unfortunately, the study worked too well, with disastrous results: the animals in the land gained the intelligence of the scientist humans and added growth abilities. The human scientists, their intelligence and learning abilities stripped from them little by little, were reduced to the early stages of man. Now they fight their very creations they worked on for their very survival; trapped in a hidden valley with nothing but their limited means for survival… and no way out!
Rasper- Smart Lizard, Lionsbane- Smart Lion, Rhinowar- Smart Rhinoceros, Tentireach- Smart Squid, Smart Hawk, Gorilla, Crocodile, & Rat
The Claw is able to save the scientists and return to Cycle City. On the way there they discover that the scientists work for the Destructors! The Claw turns them over to Gen. Ford when they arrive at Cycle City.

The Claw travels to Canada (?) to stop Blurr & meets the ‘Rocky Mountie’ Danger Ranger
Blurr- Created for an international crime theft ring Blurr is the pinnacle of the team. With lightening-fast reflexes and actions for a short amount of time their group is able to pull of theft stunts their competitors only dream of. They are wanted in just about every country.
Created by BioMech’s Chemistry science instructor. Is able to move very fast in only small increments. Perfect for pick pocketing and theft.
Danger Ranger - The only non-‘good guy’/rebel Canadian Mounties. Ex-movie stuntman who now lives in the woods and uses extreme tactics to ‘get the job done.’ “I always get my man… but I ain’t no boy scout.”
Impervious designs Tar Pit and allows his muscle to travel back to Cycle City to finish what they started with The Claw… and pick up one of their missing scientists: Nexus.
Tar Pit fights Triplicate. Shattered Shard fights The Claw and he tells Todd why he hates him so much: they used to be best friends as co-workers when they worked as steel workers at FoundryWorx (Todd’s old job before he became The Claw) but somehow Todd/The Claw inadvertently betrayed him, which cost him his job, and ended up forcing him to turn to Superior Johnston. Now he is stuck in his half metal/half flesh body forever! Somehow The Claw did something that pointed him out as Todd Ticket but never told anyone… because he wanted revenge himself!
The Claw now know that Superior Johnston survived and that he’s been receiving training/instruction from one of his arch enemies’ scientists and didn’t even know it!
Flash Freeze discovers the betrayal of Impervious when the others do not allow him to come with them. Flash Freeze is furious and tries to seek his own solution…
The Claw travels to ? to stop Snow Bunni.
She works for an international diamond/jewel theft/smuggling ring. She creates ‘fake’ but real-looking gems to replace the ones they’d stolen so that people wouldn’t notice them.
They are somewhat of competitors to the theft ring that Superior’s super-fast ‘product’ belongs to.
Superior Johnston product intended to replace Flash Freeze. The first woman Superior used to bio-engineer into a product. Superior didn’t want to use Flash Freeze again, fearing he had become a liability following his employ with Crime Shark. She was created after The Claw destroyed Superior Johnston’s BioMech company in Cycle City.
When Flash Freeze discovers her identity he hunts her down. She makes him remove his mask and falls in love with his deep, ice-blue eyes and dark, snow-shadowed hair.
With her help and the expertise of The Conjurer he is able to complete his process that Superior started… giving them both the same abilities and allowing him to no longer wear the life-support suit that he had to wear. As a by product, neither of them can ever exist in a warm climate again.
The Claw takes down the diamond/jewel theft/smuggling ring but Snow Bunni is rescued by Flash Freeze. Choosing to remain together they abandon their previous employment positions and run away together to live in the Swiss Alps.
Naturally, this upsets two of the largest criminal minds in the world-Superior Johnston and Crime Shark.
The Destructors come to town
The Destructors-The solution to the world’s inefficient and lazy excuse for crime-controlling/prevention needs. His goal is to create one force, both government and military together, to answer the growing problems to terrorist and crime activities… without anyone’s approval.
Captain NATO once tried to stop Detonator of the Destructors but Vibrations and Chemical found a way to electronically jam his ionic bond through an overdose of electricity – rendering him incapacitated. Tremor of the ReinForcers then approached The Claw for assistance – since he was the most widely known individual with the ionic bond material. The Claw agreed to assist them in getting Captain NATO back but it turned out to be a lure to get the defender of Cycle City and the ReinForcers away – so that the Destructors could attack!
